Meet Captain Gordon
Nationality: American
Languages: English, Spanish (semi-fluent)
Born and raised on the shores of Lake Erie in Buffalo, NY, Gordon Holden has been drawn to the water his entire life. Summers spent sailing, swimming, and waterskiing with family—both in New York and at Lake Muskoka in Ontario—laid the foundation for a lifelong love of the sea. Gordon and his three brothers learned to sail on their family’s 33ft C&C monohull, and he’s never looked back.
After earning a degree in Business Administration and History, Gordon spent time in the corporate world before trading his desk for a helm. He honed his hospitality skills working in high-end establishments in East Hampton and Montauk, NY, and later earned his captain’s credentials, launching a full-time career on the water. His journey has taken him from flotilla charters in Greece and Croatia to term charters throughout the Virgin Islands.
Gordon is known for his calm confidence, thoughtful leadership, and genuine care for his guests. Whether he’s navigating to a secluded bay, sharing stories over cocktails, or helping plan the perfect island adventure, he brings a relaxed yet professional energy to every charter.
Guests often describe Gordon as quietly adventurous, deeply knowledgeable, and effortlessly personable. He’s the kind of captain who makes you feel safe, seen, and ready to enjoy every moment of your journey.
Meet Chef Anita
Nationality: South African
Languages: English (native), Afrikaans (fluent)
Raised in the picturesque coastal town of Plettenberg Bay along South Africa’s Garden Route, Anita Gerber grew up surrounded by natural beauty, fresh ingredients, and a culture of warm hospitality. Today, she brings that same spirit to the Caribbean scene.
Anita’s culinary style is vibrant, fresh, deeply personal, and creative. She is the heart of the yacht, where her dishes reflect both her roots and her travels, always crafted with creativity and love. With her approachable nature and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere, Anita ensures every guest feels at home from the moment they step aboard.
Anita’s magic goes beyond the galley - her genuine joy in connecting with people makes every moment onboard feel special, whether she’s serving a sunset dinner, sharing a laugh, or helping guests feel at home. Anita’s previous roles in boutique hotels and as a TEFL tutor reflect her adaptability, leadership, and warmth. She’s a natural multitasker, equally comfortable managing deck operations or curating a themed celebration onboard. Guests often say Anita makes them feel like family—and that’s exactly the kind of energy she brings to every charter.

Captain Gordy / Gordiana / Gordiante & our Anita
Captain Gordy/Gordiante/Gordiante & our Anita Thank you so much for the best weekever! Off to a great start greeting us with the lime inda coconut (our fav). Although we didn't think we'd survive the cliff we are so glad we did. Thank you Gordy for believing in us when we didn't think we could wakesurf, especially Hailey! To end the perfect day we got to meet Banki Banx and have front row seats to Gordianas Piano Man performance. We will never forget it but John sure did. Unfortunately the dinghy died but it was actually a blessing in disguise for our voyage to Nikki Beach (more so for Natalie). There we had quite the bill and dighny mount (that natalies bruises will always remind us of). Peters jaw is still dropped from hearing Reese sing WAP and he's still sweating from the hike. Le TI was definently a highlight with Gordon's performance, Nat's lap dance, Peter & Nats kiss, the hypeman, and your guys outfit change. Maybe that bill too with Abby's chicken nuggets. Gordon we will miss you hiding bunny and going in your hole. Anita, thanks for always accommodating Abby and you will forever be 21 to us!
Thanks giving 2025
We had an unforgettable Thanksgiving aboard the Two Oceans Bali 5.4 catamaran in St. Barts. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The snorkeling and hiking in beautiful Colombier were a highlight—crystal-clear water, amazing gear, and plenty of fun for everyone. Shopping in Gustavia and spending the day at Shell Beach were unforgettable! Chef Anita delivered incredible meals every single day; the dinners were truly outstanding and far beyond anything we imagined we’d experience on a yacht. Captain Gordon crafted awesome itineraries packed with great activities and kept the drinks flowing with unmatched hospitality. His knowledge of the islands made the trip smooth, memorable, and perfectly tailored to our group. We will definitely book again soon—this was an exceptional experience from the entire crew and the Two Oceans team. Antonio Prieto

The Captain and Chef were phenomenal. Best Charter captain and best chef we have ever had. George created the perfect itinerary for us and made us feel so relaxed and at home. Sandra’s cooking was absolutely amazing, so diverse, and some of the best food we’ve ever had... on or off a boat.
Two Oceans truly offers the utmost in luxury
Two Oceans truly offers the utmost in luxury and personalized service. The attention to details is evident in every aspect of your experience. From the elegant staging of every meal to the wide variety of water toys to enhance your trip. The dining was superb. We ate better on the boat than we did at the restaurants on shore. The crew truly strives to make your experience unforgettable and leave you wishing to come back. Our trip through the Lesser Antilles was blessed with fair conditions, breathtaking views and incredible crystal clear waters. Can't wait to do it again! L&C
I had never dreamed of going on a Catamaran, but now that I have, it is the best vacation you could imagine.
I had the pleasure and privilege of sailing through the Grenadines on a Catamaran - but not just any Catamaran - the Two Oceans Catamaran. We were on board to celebrate my brother-in-law's 60th birthday. I had never dreamed of going on a Catamaran, but now that I have, it is the best vacation you could imagine. Our trip started and ended in St. Lucia, but all the breathtaking and beautiful places we visited in between were fantastic – like St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Bequia, Mustique, Union Island, and Tobago Cays. It was absolutely fantastic. The Catamaran was beautiful, clean and modern – it was on point! But perhaps the most unforgettable part of the vacation was Bernat, Valentina & Violeta. These 3 were our crew and did everything to make this an epic vacation. They were kind, friendly, warm and caring – they treated us like royalty and made us feel very special. At each location, Bernat, Valentina & Violeta were our tour guides and made sure we were having the best time. I looked forward to their energy and excitement every day. They are now and will always be “my friends”. I will never go on another Catamaran unless it's Two Oceans Catamaran. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime. M.C
The entire experience, from beginning to end, was truly remarkable.
I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic week aboard the stunning catamaran, Two Oceans, with a group of friends. The entire experience, from beginning to end, was truly remarkable. Every aspect of Two Oceans, from the decor to the linens to the towels, was meticulously attended to. A standout feature of this journey was the exceptional crew, they were always attentive and went above and beyond to ensure the guests were well looked after. Whether it was organizing activities, mixing refreshing sunset cocktails, or serving delectable meals in the boat and on land, the crew's dedication was truly commendable. The cuisine on board was absolutely delightful and each dish was crafted with fresh ingredients. Two Oceans also offered a wide range of water toys, such as underwater scooters with attachments for GoPros, paddling boards, and many others. These toys provided endless entertainment for our group. The trip was truly unforgettable, with the chance to explore various islands such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Sailing from one paradise to another was an incredible experience. Locations like Bequia, Mustique, Union Island, and Tobago Cays offered crystal-clear waters, pristine beaches, and lush landscapes that left me in awe. Each island had its own unique charm, making the adventure even more exciting. Overall, I highly recommend this experience as the best vacation I have ever had. The combination of the stunning catamaran, exceptional crew, delicious food, and the opportunity to discover beautiful islands made for a truly unforgettable week. I wholeheartedly recommend Two Oceans Catamaran and look forward to sailing in the Mediterranean Sea around Ibiza and Formentera this summer. A.O

Our crewed yacht charter with Two Oceans Catamaran was an experience beyond compare
As travelers from Germany with a taste for adventure and luxury, our recent crewed yacht charter aboard Two Oceans Catamaran in St. Barts and Anguilla surpassed all expectations. Our journey was an extraordinary blend of excitement, indulgence, and sheer bliss. Our days were filled with unforgettable experiences, from relaxing days at Gyp Sea Beach Club to great parties at La Petite Plage to serene moments swimming with turtles and stingrays in the crystal-clear waters. Our Captain's expert guidance ensured that we explored the hidden gems of St. Barts and Anguilla, while our Chef's culinary mastery delighted our taste buds at every turn. Our crewed yacht charter with Two Oceans Catamaran was an experience beyond compare, and we cannot wait to return to the Caribbean for another adventure. Or maybe we will charter Two Oceans in the Med this summer. Mathias & Nicole M&N
