John was born 1980, in the USA. He came to Greece at the age of 7 and has lived in Athens ever since. He started sailing in small dinghies at the age of 8 and in the following years participated in various sailing races and regattas of national and international level with excellent results. He has been a member of the Greek national Sailing team for more than 5 years. John has also worked as a Professional Skipper on offshore Racing Sailboats, International Delivery skipper for American-Marine/ Princess Yachts Greece(2005-2011), a Sailing instructor (1998-2008), Captain on the Motor yachts "TOUCHDOWN", "TOOLS" and "BLUE MY MIND". He has also been the Captain of M/Y "PROJECT STEEL" from 2013-2023. During the winter seasons John has worked in the Merchant Marine Industry as a Marine Superintendent onboard Oil and Chemical tankers for Elmira Tankers and Blue Sea Shipping Monaco. John has graduated from Nautical high school for the proficiency of Merchant Marine deck officer and is holder of Master 500gt licenses for both Sailing and Motor driven vessels. He also holds Certificates for First Aid, Passenger Safety, Security officer, Life Saving and Fire fighting, public responsibilities as per STCW. requirements and speaks fluent English and Greek.

Born in Athens in 1984, he began his maritime career on ferry boats before transitioning into the yachting industry in 2009. A graduate of the prestigious Merchant Marine Academy of Hydra, he holds a Master 3000GT license as well as a Chief Officer Unlimited certificate.
With a calm and competent demeanor, Konstantinos brings a wealth of navigational expertise and operational leadership onboard. He is fully certified in Life Saving, Fire Fighting, Ship Security, and Safe Navigation. Fluent in both Greek and English, he communicates effectively with guests and crew alike, fostering a safe and professional working environment.
His past roles include Bosun and First Officer positions aboard reputable yachts such as M/Y Maistrali 2, M/Y Atalanti, and M/Y Project Steel, where he contributed to the smooth execution of both private and charter operations. Beyond his professional achievements, Konstantinos enjoys sailing, fishing, music, and travelling. He is married and remains dedicated to combining skill, discipline, and hospitality in every voyage.

George was born in 1992 in Greece. He studied at the Merchant Marine Academy in Aspropyrgos, Athens from 2011 to 2015. With 1 year of training voyages with cargo ships and bulk carrier he travelled all over the world. His yachting career started in 2021 when he decided to change his life and switched from working on cargo vessels to yachts . His first yacht was M/Y PROJECT STEEL, where he joined as 2nd officer. George loves everything about yachting. The beautiful places he visits, the interaction with guests, the connection with the rest of the crew. As his previous yacht was a commercial charter yacht with a busy schedule, he met several different and sometimes extreme characters. He has learnt that in yachting he must be able to adopt his approach to each guest in order to make them feel safe, comfortable and at home. George fluently speaks Greek and English.

Antonis is a passionate and creative Chef with a flair for delivering exceptional cuisine at sea. Born in Athens in 1987, he discovered his love for cooking early on and pursued his culinary education at the renowned LE MONDE Institute in Athens. His culinary journey began in top-tier restaurants in the Greek capital, where he quickly rose through the ranks from Third Chef to Head Chef.
Seeking to further refine his craft, Antonis moved to Paris to study both Cuisine and Patisserie at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu institute. His culinary skillset is complemented by training in espresso and cappuccino preparation, as well as a solid background in bartending and cocktail creation.
Upon returning to Greece, Antonis brought his expertise to the yachting industry, serving as Head Chef on board M/Y Nitta V, M/Y Dragon, and for many years on M/Y Project Steel. Known for his mouth-watering dishes and refined presentation, he creates menus that elevate the guest experience through both flavor and creativity.
Antonis speaks fluent English and basic French, and brings onboard not only exceptional skill, but a deep love for hospitality and gastronomy.
