Captain: John Drugach
Captain John hails from Newbury, Vermont in the US Northeast. He has been boating his whole life and began his yachting career at the age of 18. He was introduced to the industry while at college in South Florida and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has spent the better part of 30 years in the industry. John has cruised the Mediterranean, Eastern & Western Caribbean, Eastern Pacific and extensively throughout New England and The Bahamas. Captaining NEVER ENOUGH is a true pleasure for John. He enjoys traveling, exploring, and ensuring guests have the time of their lives while on board. When not working, John spends time with his wife and their two sons. Some of the family's favorite actives include waterskiing, swimming, traveling, snowmobiling, skiing and all outdoor activities.
Chief Engineer: Dean Somers
Dean hails from the land of wood and water! He grew up in the beautiful port town of Port Antonio, Jamaica. During his high school and pre college years he was very active in athletics specifically the 100m, 200m and long jump events. Dean’s mechanical interest began at a young age while watching McGuyver with his father and doing small jobs on the property, this drove him into the arms of marine engineering where he graduated from the Caribbean Maritime University. Dean loves music and dance. He also enjoys 3D animation but above all he enjoys playing in diesel. His enthusiasm to please people is a very good asset of M/Y Never Enough.
First Officer: Justin Heal
Justin was born and raised in the small town of Melbourne Beach nestled between the Indian River Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean on Florida’s Space Coast. From an early age Justin was all things water…swimming, snorkeling, surfing, boating, and fishing. Justin discovered the yachting industry 15 years ago, and with it his future, not only concerning employment, but family, having met his wife during his first job on a yacht. He has had the pleasure of cruising Central America’s East and West coast, the east coast of the USA from the Florida Keys to Maine, the Mediterranean from Spain to Turkey and extensively throughout the Bahamas. In his time off Justin spends most of his time in Mallorca, Spain, where he lives with his wife and son. They enjoy hiking, fishing, biking and just spending time out in nature whenever the option presents itself.
Bosun: Calvin Dennis
Calvin was born in sunny Johannesburg South Africa. Growing up he spent his time fishing, sailing and scuba diving off the east coast of Southern Africa with his father. He studied a Bachelor of business science degree in professional accounting at Monash University. However, his love for the ocean brought him into the yachting world where he feels most at home. He lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys hobbies such as rugby, swimming, mixed martial arts and gym. His goal is to be as helpful and enthusiastic as possible to ensure the guests have the most amazing experience on M/Y Never Enough
Chief Stewardess: Kylie Oosthuizen
After Kylie completed her BA degree in Psychology and Communications in Durban, South Africa she decided the corporate world was not for her and she headed to Ft Lauderdale to try this thing called yachting. She was instantly hooked. In her career on boats, both private and charter, she has had the privilege of working in some of the most beautiful places in the world - from the tip of the West Indies to the top of Maine, and across the pond to Europe where she got to experience all the Charm and Culture it holds.
Kylie has experience in wine pairing, table setting, setting up beach BBQ’s, among other things. She is most in her element when planning your next theme night and picking out the dress up attire to get the whole crew involved. She is looking forward to making this vacation a memorable one for all the guests
2nd Stewardess: Shani Martinus
Shani was born in New Zealand but spent most of her childhood in Sydney, Australia. Growing up she spent a lot of time in the outdoors, running, and competing at sporting events with her family. Since leaving school she studied Outdoor Education & Tourism and Travel. Shani has backpacked, lived, and worked all over the world whilst working in the hospitality industry/working with children. She decided to join the yachting industry 3 years ago to do both at the same time, work and travel! Ultimately to create a lifestyle combining all things she loves - exploring, trying new things, meeting new people, and being in new places. Her travels have taken her to over 70 countries so far. She also loves animals, art, music, cooking, and most of all eating dessert!
Chef: Kelly Tadlock
Chef Kelly Tadlock is the Le Cordon Bleu-trained mastermind behind Provisions Gourmet in Richmond, VA, where he lives with his wife Stacey, and 2 kids, Jake (9) and Zoe (11). After spending years in fine dining restaurants, Kelly took to the seas, immersing himself in global cultures and cuisines as a personal chef for the yachting set for the past 16 years. He now brings the same sense of adventure to every meal and catered event, inviting everyone to share in the world’s boldest flavors.

I just had a call with [Client] and including his remarks below. He left the charter very happy and appreciative for all involved. Thank you, John, to you and the crew, for pulling this off last minute and being wonderful for my long-time client.
Client Feedback November 2023
Great crew, and I know my kids kept them on their toes with water sports nonstop and requests for drinks, etc. Captain John is fantastic, can-do attitude, easy going, everything you want in a charter captain. Chef did very well, especially considering this charter was so last minute. Boat is very spacious and maintained very well.
